The UniDesk partners have developed shared ITIL based processes and guidance for Incident, Problem and Change Management. We've configured these within UniDesk, and manage continual improvement through our inclusive service governance. We've deployed Shibboleth authentication for UniDesk partners, enabling separate environments for you to work securely, yet allowing users to login using their normal credentials.
