We’ve realised that the membership is very inquisitive, and our regular contacts like to chat around various topics. These conversations often wait until a support call, incident or pre-arranged event has taken place. In response to this we have provided bookable sessions whereby UPMs and Institutional Administrators (or other nominated individuals) can book a slot for discussion at a time that suits them. They have been provided for topics
where you would prefer a conversation and are there for you to ask…..anything!
These sessions are not a replacement for logging urgent support calls or incidents – you should continue to use our regular Support contacts or log into the SSP for those.
